Crowcon Flamgard Plus – Gas Detector
Flamgard Plus is a Flameproof (Exd) flammable gas detector which uses poison-resistant pellistors to detect explosive levels of hydrocarbons, hydrogen and other flammable gases and vapours, including aviation fuel and leaded petrol vapours.
The Flamgard Plus uses a poison resistant pellistor sensor located in a 316 stainless steel flameproof housing. Complete with a marine grade alloy junction box which contains an amplifier/transmitter to provide a 3-wire 4-20mA output. It also containts a 3-digit LCD display with backlight and LED status indicator providing an easy to use, user-interface.
The junction box is available with M20, 1/2″ or 3/4″ NPT cable entries. Operating temp. –10 to +55ºC.
