MSA Ultima X5000 – Gas Monitor / Dual Sensor with Relay
The MSA Ultima X5000 is the future of Gas Detection for oxygen, toxic, and combustible gases. With an advanced Organic LED (OLED) Display that is visible from a distance up to 50ft and its unique touch screen interface means no tools are required to operate. Calibration cycles can be extended by up to 18 months due to MSA’s XCell sensors and their patented TruCal technology.
The Ultima X5000 provides worriless operation, self-checking 4 times a day for more stability and increased calibration cycles through TruCal. It also compensates for factors that result in electrochemical sensor drift by monitoring sensor integrity and compensating for factors that may impact this (H2S & CO digital sensors only).
Every 6 hours an acoustic signal is sent ensuring the sensor inlets are not blocked, known as diffusion supervision. This also recognises when sensors are blocked and puts the unit into fault mode if blocked. Once the blockage is cleared the device will return to normal operation.
Gas sensors can be replaced quickly and safely without turning off the device due to patented SafeSwap technology, fully displaying the benefits of this device. The Ultima X5000 is fully configurable allowing it to be designed to your specific needs and can suited for use in a variety of applications.
