MSA Ultra Elite ComKit Communication System
The Ultra Elite ComKit from MSA Safety is part of a range of MSA mask-mounted communication systems. This particular version includes a plug connector linking head set and a push-to-talk button (PTT).
The electret microphone allows excellent speech intelligibility and provides low background noise and the separate microphone and loudspeaker prevent feedback if there are other radio users nearby.Two of the main features of the kit are the PTT button and the LEMO coupling. The PTT button is salt water resistant and has a swivelling clip which can be attached to clothing. The LEMO coupling is also easy to use as it’s rugged, un-twistable and has a secure push-pull latching.
