The QUESTemp 36 is a trusted heat stress monitoring tool used in high-risk industries worldwide. With real-time, accurate readings and advanced sensor capabilities, it helps prevent heat-related illnesses and improve workplace safety standards.
TSI QUESTemp 36 Heat Stress Monitor – Workplace Heat SafetyThe TSI QUESTemp 36 Heat Stress Monitor is designed for industrial, military, and environmental applications, delivering real-time heat stress data to help prevent heat-related illnesses and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. Built with IP54-rated protection, it is resistant to dust and water ingress, making it ideal for harsh working conditions.
Using Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) analysis, the QUESTemp 36 provides Dry Bulb, Wet Bulb, and Globe Temperature measurements alongside a built-in Relative Humidity (RH) sensor for precise environmental assessments. It calculates WBGTi (indoor) and WBGTo (outdoor) indices, ensuring accurate evaluation of heat risk. It is available with either a 2-inch or 6-inch black globe sensor and complies with BS EN 27243 workplace safety standards.
With multiple power options, the QT-36 can operate on a 9V disposable battery (140-hour runtime), an optional NiMH rechargeable battery (300-hour runtime), or mains power for continuous 24/7 operation. For enhanced heat risk analysis, it supports optional tri-sensor plug-in assemblies, allowing for Head-Torso-Ankle WBGT weighting or multi-location monitoring.
